Cancellations/Refunds/Date Changes

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Because of product ordering commitments we must make, we will only give refunds on cancelled orders where you notify us by email of the cancellation at least 4 business days before the nominated delivery date.
DATE CHANGES:  We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can arise and you may need to reschedule your cleanse.  LYC will accept ONE date change per order if notified by email at least 2 days prior to your delivery date.
SHELF LIFE.  Your juice has a 3 day shelf life from the morning of your cleanse start date.  Each LYC Juice bottle is marked with a 'good thru' expiration date.  If you are planning to delay the start your cleanse ensure you check that your juice does not expire during this time.  LYC does not offer credits or refunds in these cases.
